Policies
What the journal expects from authors, reviewers and editors.
The Journal of AEROFEDERATION expects honest, original and responsible research from authors, reviewers and editors. By submitting a paper, authors confirm that they have read this policy.
List as authors everyone who made a substantial contribution to the work and agreed to the submission, and nobody else. The corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have seen and approved the manuscript.
Authors declare any financial or personal interest that could affect the work. Editors and reviewers decline papers where they have a conflict of interest. Nobody reviews or edits their own paper.
Research involving people, animals or personal data needs approval from the appropriate ethics committee. Give the approval reference in your submission.
Peer review is double-blind and confidential. Reviewers keep manuscripts private and do not use their content before publication.
If a published paper has a significant error, the journal publishes a correction. If its findings are unreliable, or it breaches this policy, the paper is retracted and a retraction notice stays linked to it.
Report suspected misconduct, or complain about the journal's handling of a paper, to vigilance@aerofederation.org.
