Refund policy

AFI's Cancellation and Refund policy applies to all payments made on this website, including journal fees, printed copies and event registrations.

How journal fees work

• You pay each fee only when it becomes due: the registration fee after your manuscript passes screening, and the publication fee after acceptance, if it applies.
• The amount is calculated by our system when you pay, from the fees in force, and your invoice is available in your dashboard.
• The editorial office may waive a fee; a waived fee is shown in your dashboard.

Asking for a refund

Write to vigilance@aerofederation.org with your submission reference (for example JAF-2026-0001) or order number and the payment's invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
